Students will learn to mend their own clothes, use basic sewing tools, master a variety of hand stitches, create their own sampler and learn basic machine sewing skills. This class will also demystify the process of using a pattern! Participants will create a decorative wall-hanging, a functional item and have fun with up-cycling.
